We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Receptionist / Front Desk professional to serve as the cornerstone of our patient communication and office operations. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the daily workflow, coordinate patient interactions, and support staff activities, contributing directly to the practice’s efficiency and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, leadership capability, and a deep understanding of dental office management systems.

Dental receptionist / admin

Manage all aspects of the dental practice, including staff supervision, scheduling, and patient relations.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and collections to ensure the practice's profitability.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures in compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards.
Coordinate human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations for staff members.
Ensure effective use o Dentrix for accurate medical records management.
Maintain a high standard of patient care by ensuring that all clinical staff are trained in medical terminology and best practices.
Monitor compliance with JCAHO standards and managed care requirements to ensure quality service delivery.
Facilitate communication between dental providers and patients to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in clinic efficiency and patient flow.

full-time $30 - $34 per hour

- Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PM; Wednesday: 8am-5 pm Friday: 8 AM - 2 PM.
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in dental office management or front desk coordination.
Proficiency with dental practice management software, especially Dentrix.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bilingual
Medical experience
Experience supervising or managing dental office staff.
Knowledge of JCAHO accreditation standards and managed care protocols.
Previous experience with financial reporting and budgeting in a healthcare setting.
Familiarity with dental clinical workflow; basic understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
