General Manager

The Keystone Hotels Group is seeking a highly motivated individual preferably with hotel experience to lead our NEW Home2 Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Oakley location! Responsibilities Managing the hotel's overall operation through maintaining established cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees, and exceeding guest expectations. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is ready to work hard, consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives focused on business revenues, guest and associate satisfaction, and effectiveness and efficiencies. Qualifications A commitment to creating and maintaining a quality product and guest/associate relations is a must. Yield management experience preferred and a successful sales background is a plus. Excellent communication, problem solving, and PC skills will be required. Additional Responsibilities Maximizes room revenues by anticipating and planning for market shifts; develops and monitors strategic marketing prospects; develops, implements, and monitors annual business and marketing plans and participates in appropriate national marketing efforts. Establishes and maintains a proactive human resources function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage/benefit administration, and compliance with policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
