Housekeeping Supervisor – Be Part of an Exciting Transformation
Ready to lead, inspire, and be part of something new? We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who’s energized by change and motivated to help shape the future of our hotel.
Our property is entering a bold new chapter— undergoing a full rebrand and exciting renovations that will redefine the guest experience. This is your chance to step into a leadership role where your impact will be seen, felt, and appreciated every day.
Compensation:$16 - $17 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a dedicated housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service
- Maintain high standards while adapting to evolving brand expectations
- Train, coach, and motivate staff through a period of transformation
- Collaborate with management during renovations to ensure smooth operations
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure top-tier quality
- Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A positive, adaptable mindset—you thrive in a changing environment
- Leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Weekends and some Holiday availability
