We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to provide exceptional support and personalized care to an individual in their home. Airlie Home Care is a senior concierge company licensed by North Carolina, providing home care and nursing services for seniors in Wilmington and the surrounding area.
In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for a local client by delivering attentive, respectful, and professional assistance. Your dedication will ensure that the individual’s needs are met with kindness, dignity, and expertise, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working within a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive personal care assistance, including help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and mobility support using proper patient transfer methods.
* Assist with light housekeeping, make bed, laundry, and meal prep.
* Maintain a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle to provide safe transportation for a client's appointments or outings.
Requirements
* Proven experience working with individuals in a home environment.
* Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
* Deep understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure absolute confidentiality of patient information at all times.
