Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of a high rise condominium Associational. The Property Manager has to either hold a CAM or Real Estate License. The job entails that you manage a concierge, janitorial, and maintenance staff. Your goal would be to bring this property to a five star level. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, finances and maintenance

Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references

Accept HOA payments and provide receipts

Respond to owners' inquiries

Maintain property value

Inspect property on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs

Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned

Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies

Qualifications

Proven working experience in property management

High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Property Management or Real Estate License required

Deep understanding of real estate law preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication required

Experience with property management software preferred
