Sustainability Analyst

Sustainability is central to how this organization operates from reducing the carbon footprint of its beverage supply chain to rethinking packaging and reshaping how large-scale events and media productions are produced. As a Sustainability Analyst, you'll play a hands-on role in turning environmental goals into measurable action, working across greenhouse gas accounting, sustainable packaging compliance, and event sustainability. Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and calculate greenhouse gas emissions data across company operations, events, and media productions
• Develop and maintain an inventory management plan to support carbon accounting assurance readiness
• Validate packaging material data and support EPR registrations, reporting, and fee calculations across applicable U.S. state programs
• Partner with event managers and production teams to track sustainability KPIs such as waste diversion rate and emissions per attendee
• Collaborate with Data and IT teams to improve data quality and automate data collection processes

Qualifications

Required

• At least 2 years of experience in sustainability, carbon accounting, or environmental compliance
• Significant experience with carbon accounting and the GHG Protocol (Scope 1, 2, and 3)
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work accurately with large datasets under reporting deadlines

Preferred

• Working knowledge of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations and U.S. climate-disclosure laws
• Experience preparing regulatory or sustainability data submissions
• Familiarity with sustainable-event frameworks such as ISO 20121
