Position Summary

The IV Concierge Nurse is responsible for delivering exceptional IV therapy while building ongoing relationships with Optimal Life members.

This role combines:

• Clinical precision
• Concierge-level service
• Proactive patient engagement

You will manage a panel of patients and play a key role in ensuring consistency, experience, and outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

IV Therapy Delivery

• Administer IV therapies (NAD+, R&R, immune, mitochondrial, and specialty infusions)
• Monitor patient response and adjust within protocol
• Maintain safety, sterility, and accurate documentation

Patient Relationship Ownership

• Manage and build relationships with assigned Optimal Life members
• Understand patient goals, preferences, and treatment history
• Deliver a personalized, high-touch experience

Proactive Engagement

• Perform regular outreach (text/call) to maintain consistency of care
• Identify gaps in care and re-engage patients
• Support consistent treatment cadence

Care Coordination

• Collaborate with providers and team members
• Ensure continuity across IV therapy, HBOT, peptides, and other services

Documentation & Feedback

• Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation
• Track patient response trends and tolerance
• Provide feedback to clinical team for ongoing optimization

Compensation

Base Pay

• $45/hour

Performance-Based Monthly Bonus (Up to $2,500–$3,000/month)

Patient Retention (Up to $1,200)

• 90–94% → $500
• 95–97% → $900
• 98%+ → $1,200

Schedule Utilization (Up to $1,000)

• 85–89% → $400
• 90–94% → $700
• 95%+ → $1,000

Patient Experience (Up to $500)

• 4.7+ → $250
• 4.9+ → $500

Optional Add-On Incentives

• $10–$20 per completed add-on service (as appropriate)
• Monthly cap applies

Total Compensation Potential

• Base: ~$7,800/month
• Bonus: $2,500–$3,000/month

Total: $100K–$130K+ annually

• Experienced RN with strong IV skills
• Professional, polished, and highly reliable
• Excellent communicator with a concierge-level mindset
• Comfortable working with executives and high-performing individuals
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Interested in integrative and optimization-focused medicine

Requirements

• Active RN license
• IV therapy experience required
• Integrative/functional medicine experience preferred
• Must be available to work rotating, staggered shifts including evenings and Saturday's
