About the Role:

North Point Senior Homecare in Virginia Beach, VA is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregivers to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed

Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands

Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervisors

Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being

Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

Current caregiver certification or CNA license in the state of Virginia

Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a related caregiving setting preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate demeanor

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with physical needs safely

CPR and First Aid certification preferred
