We are looking for a full-time Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. They will be responsible to control all incoming and outgoing shipments. They are expected to have strong time management and attention to detail skills. In addition, they will ensure on-time deliveries to our customer base. Most of all, they will be committed to the RedBuilt "Why" and dedicated to helping the company safely produce the highest quality product in the most proficient manner.

Essential Functions:

• Create and follow sales order schedule to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Follow internal material and inventory compliance guidelines.
• Schedule shipments with approved transportation vendors.
• Document all communication with customer and vendor.
• Bill of Lading creating and control.
• Freight confirmation shipping and receiving
• Export paperwork knowledge and compliance.
• Confirm freight size and weights are within tolerance.
• Confirm transportation method meets guidelines.
• Able to clearly communicate on the phone to customers and vendors.
• Schedule deliveries inbound and outbound
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Other Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a safe work environment.
• Ensure working partnership with Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering and Logistics teams.
• Notifying manager of any Safety, Quality or Delivery concerns.
• Engagement in team meetings and actively participating in inventory reconciliation periods.

Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Minimum Qualifications):

• Working with a Safety-First mindset.
• Attention to Detail while handling competing tasks and responsibilities.
• Self-driven for task completion.
• Ability to problem solve and embrace a team mindset.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience.
• Maintain professionalism, especially in adverse situations.
• Ability to adjust to abrupt changes in production and shipping schedules.

Working Conditions:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Working full-time at our RedBuilt facility in Delaware Ohio (this is not a remote or hybrid role).

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt (hourly, paid OT)

Shift/Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm EST
