Assoc. Dir, Project Management Metrics, Analytics, & Performance (MAP) (Hybrid)

Job Overview Associate Director, Project Management (MAP) within Metrics, Analytics & Performance will lead project management for the development, delivery, and maintenance of a portfolio of metrics/analytics projects supporting strategic decisions across Global Clinical Trial Operations. Responsibilities Collect, assign, track, and prioritize user requests for system modifications (upgrades, bug fixes, data changes). Manage timelines and resources for development using Agile or Waterfall and release activities (communication, training). Approve change requests and coordinate release planning and assessment in collaboration with Research & Development IT. Coordinate SIT & UAT: develop test cases, track issues, and complete documentation before deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases for new tools/solutions. Document business needs and criticality in SDLC documentation. Communicate system changes to owners, requestors, and stakeholders. Contribute to ongoing development of access and support processes for released tools. Coordinate with MAP Team and IT to ensure internal SLAs and review/updates annually. Work with IT to create user provisioning and deprovisioning processes. Ensure data sharing procedures and record retention policies are applied. Demonstrate leadership standards and the ability to “get things done” in a complex work environment. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree (computer science, data science, science or applied discipline preferred). Minimum 8 years of IT Project Management experience. At least 5 years of clinical research/clinical development experience. PMP and/or CPM certification preferred. Experience with system testing, user training, and strategic planning. Basic knowledge of SQL or other database/query tools. Strong understanding of reporting tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI. Excellent teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and cross‑functional teams. Strong analytical ability, judgment, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $142,400.00 – $224,100.00. Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
