eDiscovery Project Manager

eDiscovery Project Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, Experienced Department: eDiscovery Management CGS is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to support the legal organization within a large Federal agency. Key Responsibilities Respond to client requests and provide consultation to meet all eDiscovery needs. Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity. Create batches of records for review in Relativity. Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity. Develop, modify, and implement workflows and necessary tools to progress work through the system. Initiate work by crafting and submitting work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks. Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of job instructions and final work product. Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders. Establish informed project schedules based on activity sequences, dependencies, work effort, task duration, and resource requirements. Participate in project tasks, including kick-off call preparation, documentation of workflows, standards, and project closure tasks such as final billing and data destruction. Maintain a current understanding of e-discovery, market competitors, and industry-supporting tools. Qualifications 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focusing on client solutions. 3 years of progressively responsible experience on major litigation support projects. 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with technical and non‑technical teams. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment. Experience with all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial). Must be a U.S. Citizen. Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred). BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred). Preferred Qualifications Experience with government software policies and procedures. Client‑facing communication experience. Federal agency‑issued security clearance.
