We are seeking an experienced litigator to join our Trial & Litigation group in San Diego, Los Angeles, or Oakland . This role focuses on high‑stakes eminent domain matters, valuation analysis, and public entity land acquisition. As a key member of our litigation team, you will manage complex cases from inception through trial, including developing litigation strategy, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and handling extensive motion practice. Candidate Requirements Experience: 3+ years of experience in eminent domain, real estate litigation, or public entity land acquisition. Skills: Proven ability to manage discovery, prepare substantive motions, and handle valuation‑heavy litigation. Preference: Candidates with a background in complex litigation and trial preparation are strongly preferred. Why Join This Firm?
