Description Referral Coordinator Are you looking for an exciting new position in a new innovative medical organization? AbsoluteCARE is looking for a detail organized, problem solving Full Time, Day Shift Referral Coordinator who will be responsible for all aspects of managing the care coordination process surrounding Specialist for patients for the center.
The Referral Coordinator role performs ensure that appropriate communication is provided to the specialist and the patient, as well as ensuring follow-up information is received from the specialist for the referring provider to review. The Referral Coordinator maintain up-to-date knowledge of participating insurance plans including referral requirements, eligibility requirements and specifications, copayments, coinsurance, deductible, pre-existing and plan limitations, in and out of network benefits.
