- Compensation type: Hourly Base Pay + Commission

- Average annual compensation exceeds $50,000 annually

- No cap on monthly performance commission

Job Responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details.

- Handle customer questions regarding service options, promotions, and general inquiries.

- Follow up with leads and generate new opportunities for the service departments.

- Work closely with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Alert customers when we receive vehicle alerts regarding oil life, tire rotations, and recalls.

- Sets service appointment reminders and no-show calls and emails.

- Meet and exceed individual performance goals related to lead generation, customer satisfaction, and appointment scheduling.

Position Information:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Your typical schedule will be an average of 40-45 hours per week. Days worked will vary depending on business needs and Saturdays are required.
