Summary Provide exceptional service to customers at the North Michigan Avenue store by assisting with purchases, returns, and inquiries. Support the sales floor through merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, answer product and availability questions, and make personalized recommendations. Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and special orders accurately using point-of-sale systems. Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish stock, and ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are tidy. Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and support store operations and promotions. Requirements 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform light lifting, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
