!!!!!!!HIRING IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!

 

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team in the NE Side of Houston (77022) You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Schedule will eventually change to 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Input sales contracts into system.
  • Collections
  • Data Entry
  • Update weekly schedule
  • Issue freight invoices
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Developing excel spreadsheets
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
