Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital is seeking a full-time certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) to join its dynamic anesthesiology team in Wyandotte, Michigan, offering flexible scheduling options, a $40,000 sign-on bonus, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a wide range of patient populations in a collaborative inpatient hospital setting.

Job responsibilities include:

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental procedures
• Provide anesthesia services to patients of all ages and ASA classifications, including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
• Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and adjust anesthetic levels as needed
• Provide post-anesthesia evaluation and follow-up care
• Deliver airway management services throughout the hospital as needed
• Participate in inpatient anesthesia coverage
• Travel to multiple locations/clinics as required
• Participate in required on-call and weekend rotations
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Candidates must not be lapsed or new graduates, not open to locum and/or locum to perm candidates, not open to candidates who have lapsed board certifications and need to obtain them again, not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s), not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described above, and open to H1B and J1 visa candidates.

Compensation and benefits include a competitive salary range based on experience and training, a $40,000 sign-on bonus, permanent placement fee cap of $18,000 (full-time), comprehensive benefits package, flexible shift options, and visa sponsorship available (H1B and J1 eligible).

Certification requirements include ACLS, BLS, and NBCRNA. State license requirements include Michigan. Additional license requirements include certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA), clean malpractice and licensing history required, and must already hold appropriate Michigan licensure (no license contingency).
