Job Summary
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position located at a critical access hospital. This role involves providing inpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric. The position requires adherence to established clinical protocols, maintaining accurate records, and participating in in-services and community health programs. The assignment duration begins on 09/14/2026 and concludes on 12/14/2026, with a schedule of 8-hour shifts, five days a week.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current Vermont Physical Therapy license, minimum 2 years of recent inpatient physical therapy experience (to within the past 3 months), at least 6 months of previous travel experience, active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, reliable personal vehicle, and residency outside 50 miles from the facility
• Preferred Qualifications: Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
• Additional Information:
  • Candidate must provide perm address at profile upload
  • All Requests for Time Off (RTO) must be included in the profile at submission; requests after offer or during interview will not be approved.
  • No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
  • Personal scrubs of any color required.
  • Call-offs subject to three strike rule, with immediate contract termination after three call-offs, communicated at least 1.5 hours in advance.
  • No travel pairs considered.
  • Must have own vehicle for this need.
  • Orientation is non-billable and scheduled for 8 hours.
  • Holiday, Call-Back, and Overtime multipliers are 1.25.
  • No weekend shifts unless part of holiday/shift rotation.
