Nurse Practitioner, Hospitalist

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality inpatient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to hospitalized patients in collaboration with supervising physicians and the healthcare team.

• Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests and results.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.

• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case management, and other disciplines to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation in the electronic medical record.

• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in nursing. (Required)
