Job Description

The PA/FNP will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient care within our clinic, as well as referring and collaborating with external medical services when needed. This role involves independent decision-making in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment initiation, following established protocols. The PA/FNP will also provide valuable education and support to patients, their families, and the healthcare community.

 

  • Independently assess, diagnose, and initiate treatment protocols for patients
  • Collaborate with physicians and maintain a collaborative practice agreement
  • Provide educational support for patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Coordinate with internal and external healthcare services as needed
  • Keep accurate records and ensure patient information confidentiality
  • Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate, under Michigan state guidelines
