Operations Analyst

Russell Tobin is seeking a highly organized and analytical Financial Operations Analyst to support a global operations team within the capital markets environment. This role focuses on collateral operations, risk mitigation, process improvement, and supporting complex financial products and workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong problem-solving abilities, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams including Risk, Legal, Compliance, Trading, Sales, and Operations. Key Responsibilities Support financial operations activities related to collateral management and risk mitigation Monitor and manage collateral processes across clearing houses and financial products Assist with the development, implementation, and improvement of operational workflows Support the calculation and settlement of interest payments and collateral obligations Manage and analyze client cash collateral processes Review operational data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently Partner with internal teams including Credit Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Trading, Risk Management, and Operations Ensure processes are completed accurately while meeting deadlines and client requirements Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and strengthen controls Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and operational records Provide high-quality internal and client support in a fast-paced environment Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred Experience in financial operations, banking operations, capital markets, risk, collateral, or related environments preferred Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify issues quickly Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong client service mindset Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow What We Offer Pride Global offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Supplemental insurance (accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity) 401(k) retirement savings plan Life and disability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Legal support services Auto, home, and pet insurance options Employee discounts with preferred vendors More about us: Russell Tobin is an equal opportunity employer.
