Job Title: IT Coordination Manager (Bilingual: Mandarin & English)

Overview: Client is hiring an IT Coordination Manager to bridge collaboration between our Headquarters IT teams based in Beijing, China and U.S.-based TradeUP technology teams. This role is designed for a technically grounded professional who excels at cross-border communication and coordination. The successful candidate will ensure alignment across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Application Development, translating both language and technical context between China-based HQ teams and U.S. stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary coordination point between HQ IT teams (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Development) and U.S. IT teams.
• Translate and communicate technical designs, operational requirements, risks, and decisions between Mandarin- and English-speaking teams.
• Coordinate cross-region IT initiatives, including infrastructure projects, cybersecurity programs, and application deployments.
• Lead recurring coordination meetings aligned with Beijing business hours, track action items, and drive execution.
• Produce clear and structured documentation: project plans, technical summaries, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Work closely with U.S. Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams to ensure HQ-led initiatives align with U.S. operational, security, and regulatory expectations.
• Identify and help close knowledge gaps between regions to reduce delivery risk and operational friction.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• 5+ years of experience in IT coordination, technical program management, IT project management, or IT management.
• Strong technical background, with solid understanding of:
• Infrastructure (cloud and/or on-prem, networking, Linux/Windows environments)
• Cybersecurity (access control, vulnerability management, incident response fundamentals)
• Application deployment and lifecycle management (CI/CD, release management, DEV/UAT/PROD environments)
• Proven experience working with cross-functional technical teams (Infrastructure, Security, Development).
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with China-based or Asia-Pacific IT teams.
• Background in financial services, brokerage, trading platforms, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with U.S. cybersecurity, data protection, or regulatory requirements.
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications.

Work Requirements:

• Ability and willingness to attend meetings aligned with Beijing (China) business hours, which may fall during U.S. nighttime.
• Comfortable operating in a cross-cultural, distributed, and technically complex environment.
