This Jobot Consulting Job is hosted by: Jon Lopez Salary: $20 - $25 per hour Job Description: Temporary Leasing Manager Position Title: Temporary Leasing Manager Employment Type: Temporary / Contract (Immediate Start) Location: Los Angeles, CA 90017 Property Profile: 97 Units | Class B & C Multi-Family Asset Software Requirement: AppFolio Property Manager (Required) We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Temporary Leasing Manager to oversee on-site leasing operations for a 97-unit multi-family property located in Los Angeles. The primary goal for this assignment is to execute aggressive lease-up strategies, manage prospect flow, and rapidly fill 20+ open vacancies while managing all leasing activity seamlessly through AppFolio. Why join us? $25 per hour and $275 per 12-month lease Key Responsibilities Vacancy Turnaround: Drive full-cycle leasing operations to fill 20+ open units efficiently through high prospect conversion rates. AppFolio Operations: Utilize AppFolio to track leads, process online applications, execute background/credit screenings, and generate lease agreements. Tours & Sales: Conduct in-person property tours and walkthroughs, highlighting unit features and local neighborhood benefits. Applicant Screening: Review prospective tenant applications, verify income and credit history in compliance with California Fair Housing laws, and coordinate move-in dates. Unit Turn Alignment: Partner with on-site maintenance to monitor ready-to-rent status and expedite turnarounds. Qualifications Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or Senior Leasing Consultant in multi-family property management. Experience managing Class B & C residential properties in urban Los Angeles submarkets. Track record of executing fast-paced lease-ups and managing high-volume vacancy turnarounds. Strong knowledge of local Los Angeles rental laws and Fair Housing guidelines. Mandatory: Proficiency with AppFolio Property Manager. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
