Human Resources Generalist

ITAR Compliance Required - US Citizens or legal US Permanent Residents Compensation: $34-$42/hr We believe people are the heart of every successful business. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing the people side of HR with strong operational execution. You’ll work closely with our Director of People & Culture to support employees across the full employee lifecycle while helping ensure compliance, engagement, and a positive workplace environment. Primary Responsibilities Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR guidance and support Help create a positive employee experience from onboarding through offboarding Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and new hire orientation Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with California labor laws and company policies Support employee relations, leaves of absence, and workplace accommodations Partner with leadership on employee engagement and culture initiatives Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, and HR systems management Help develop and improve HR processes, policies, and internal communications Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee matters Qualifications 2-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience Strong working knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus Manufacturing industry experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, HR Certification or equivalent work experience Must qualify as a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident) in accordance with ITAR requirements Why Join Us?
