Strategic Sourcing Lead: Category & Supplier Performance

HP Hood is seeking a Senior Sourcing professional to manage assigned spend categories and drive value through strategic supplier partnerships. The role focuses on category planning, contract negotiations, and risk management from our Lynnfield, MA headquarters. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in dairy or F&B manufacturing, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and experience with SAP/ARIBA/GEP/Determine.
