Production Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Job Description Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team of hourly employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations. In this role, you will focus on daily coordination of work, coaching team members, driving engagement, and supporting continuous improvement activities. You will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. Job Description Essential Functions: Own and improve SQDC performance of assigned areas and teams Promote a strong safety culture, including conducting weekly safety meetings, ensuring employee safety and 5S in housekeeping. Active in all EHS programs, promote an accident –free workplace, H&S framework element ownership, active safety team member. Maintains the highest standards of integrity while complying with company initiatives and administering local policies. Supervise, support, and engage a team of production employees. Provide daily coaching, feedback, and guidance to help employees perform effectively and develop their skills. Foster a positive team culture built on safety, accountability, communication, and mutual respect. Train new hires and ensure employees are properly cross-trained to support business needs. Ensure quality standards are consistently met and partner with Quality teams to resolve issues. Support and lead implementation of Lean, 5S, or other improvement initiatives. Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area. Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE Vernova. Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma with relevant experience. Ability to lead and engage a diverse team with strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. 5 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar environment preferred. Relocation Assistance Provided: No For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $68,500.00 and $102,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus. This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on June 23, 2026.
