Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care | South Burlington, Vermont
This travel - temporary assignment is scheduled to begin 09/29/2026 and extends for several weeks, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Weekly pay ranges from $1,855 to $1,925. Shifts are Day and/or Evening (North region) in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration in resident records
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report findings to the supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, ensuring safety and dignity
- Perform routine nursing care, wound care, and basic assessments as directed
- Document care accurately in electronic records and maintain up-to-date progress notes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate care plans with residents and families as appropriate

Requirements
- Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Vermont
- LPN diploma from an accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work in a long-term care environment and adhere to facility policies
