As a Security Officer Gated Enclave in Stamford, CT , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support residents with outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will be part of a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while helping create a welcoming environment.

DayTimeSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun09:00 AM - 05:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help to identify unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate observations to the appropriate contact.
- Support a welcoming residential environment by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and documenting daily activities, incidents, and/or concerns in a clear and timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess 1+ years of security-related experience.
- A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
