Yaz’s Table, a farm-to-table Breakfast and Lunch Scratch Kitchen is looking for driven, passionate Line Cooks to join our team, with a desire to grow within the company. We are seeking dynamic personalities who want to be part of something new and fun. Focusing on sustainable, local ingredients, our seasonal menu changes frequently. Prime applicants will possess strong leadership skills, a desire to learn continuously, and the ability to retain and implement information in a fast-paced environment. Creating an exceptional experience for all guests and employees is our absolute priority. Honed cooking and training skills will be a necessity. Creativity and detail orientation are encouraged. The right candidate will have an opportunity to play an integral role in the continued success of our restaurant. We value teamwork and mutual respect in the workplace. You must have a determined work ethic and a positive, natural sense of hospitality with the right personality. We require a welcoming demeanor and great work ethic. Ideal candidates should possess the ability to provide exceptional service and Guest experience to each and every Table! ***$$$ PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND POSITION $$$*** Qualifications:- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
