Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and administer medications.
• Implement and monitor care plans.
• Document accurately in the EHR.
• Provide patient care, including ADLs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

• Recent Oncology nursing experience preferred.
• BLS required.

Unit

• 16-bed Oncology Unit.
• Patient population includes Oncology, Hematology, Hospice/End-of-Life, and Medical-Surgical overflow.
