Position Summary The Busser plays a vital role in supporting the Front of House team by maintaining clean and organized dining areas, assisting servers, and ensuring tables are turned quickly and efficiently to deliver a positive guest experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and efficiently
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and restrooms
- Refill water, beverages, and guest supplies as needed
- Assist with opening and closing side work
- Support overall front-of-house operations during peak service times
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Texas Food Handler certification required or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe after hire
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
