Skilled in crowd control, conflict resolution, emergency response procedures, and enforcing venue policies while delivering professional customer service in fast-paced environments.**Company Overview:**Legends is a holistic agency that specializes in delivering solutions for legendary brands. Collectively, our leadership has over 300 years of experience in sales and sponsorship, analytics and valuation, hospitality and operations.**RESPONSIBILITIES:**• Ensure guest safety through proactive interaction and hazard prevention within assigned areas. • Prevent and de-escalate guest altercations in a professional manner. • Assist with emergency response procedures, including guest and staff evacuations. • Maintain visibility and control of assigned areas by actively circulating throughout the shift. • Verify identification for guests appearing under the age of 30 when consuming alcoholic beverages. • Monitor and control venue entry and exit points to ensure safety and prevent theft or unauthorized access. • Patrol the premises to identify and address safety concerns, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons. • Complete incident and activity reports documenting irregularities, damages, theft, or safety concerns. • Protect venue property and guest belongings from theft or damage. • Communicate effectively with team members using radios, hand signals, and flashlights throughout the shift. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment by addressing spills, trash, and other hazards before, during, and after events. • Arrive to scheduled shifts on time with a neat, professional appearance. • Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and staff. • Provide crowd control support with a strong understanding of ingress and egress procedures. • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**• Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays. • Must be able to work in a team environment. • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Must be able to work non-conventional hours as well as long periods of time with constant standing, sitting, walking and lifting. • Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations. • Able to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision. • Must be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions.Practice safe work habits follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training. **Legends is an Equal Opportunity employer.
