Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department
• Greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and recommend appropriate repairs and maintenance
• Prepare and explain repair estimates clearly and professionally
• Verify coverage and obtain authorizations from insurance companies, factory warranties, and aftermarket warranties
• Assign repair orders to technicians and monitor workflow
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process and ensure satisfaction upon completion
• Ensure all work meets dealership and customer expectations

Requirements

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong customer service and communication skills (Face-to-face customer service experience preferred)
• Excellent organization, administrative, and attention-to-detail skills
• Automotive parts knowledge is a plus
• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is a strong advantage
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug screening

• Earning potential: $50,000 – $100,000 annually (salary + bonus compensation plan)
