Operator I, Warehouse & Distribution Operations (Monday - Thursday: 4:15 PM CST - 2:45 AM CST)

Responsibilities Handle daily manual and operational tasks within warehouses and distribution centers to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Receive, inspect, and store materials accurately within the warehouse. Coordinate and execute inbound and outbound logistics activities with internal teams and external partners. Optimize storage space, warehouse layout, and material flow for efficiency and safety. Manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies using SAP. Process goods receipts, goods issues, and stock transfers in SAP with accurate documentation. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner. Operate material‑handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks); certification may be required. Maintain accurate and complete records of inventory transactions and warehouse activities. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to support business operations. Follow established procedures and SOPs with a focus on compliance and minimal decision‑making authority. Adhere to GxP regulations and ensure rigorous quality control across all tasks. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory standards. Complete required training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Fluent reading, writing, and verbal communication in English. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.). Basic computer knowledge and experience working with systems such as SAP (preferred). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to follow safety protocols and adhere to GxP regulations.
