Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and build high-performing hiring processes across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and team leadership, with a proven ability to attract, engage, and hire top talent in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning needs Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and define role requirements Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters or coordinators (if applicable) Own and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment metrics/reporting Develop and enhance employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and staffing partners as needed Analyze recruitment data and KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to continuously improve hiring processes Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity preferred Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple departments and seniority levels Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment marketing tools Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decisions Familiarity with employment law and hiring compliance best practices Experience with employer branding and candidate experience initiatives is a plus Preferred Skills Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS) Knowledge of diversity and inclusion hiring practices Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Colossus Search Group
