Position

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – also referred to as Practical Nurse or PN.

Shifts

• 6:00am-6:00pm, includes every other weekend.
• 6:00pm-6:00am, includes every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, prepare and administer medications, perform routine charting and documentation duties, and perform other duties necessary to ensure that residents’ total regimens of care are maintained.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the State of Ohio.
• Experience in a nursing capacity in a senior living setting helpful, but not required.
• Outstanding professionals who work well with our team.
