Senior Business Analyst

Department: SciMax Platform Services - Product Management No. of Vacancies 1 Specific Skills Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation skills. Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with requirements management, gap analysis, change management, testing, and release processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. Responsible For Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and user requirements. Contribute to product roadmap planning, release management, and feature prioritization. Prepare business analysis artifacts including BRDs, FRS, Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframes, UML diagrams, and process flows. Perform gap analysis, recommend solutions, and manage requirement changes through a structured change control process. Partner with Product, Development, QA, and Project Management teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery. Provide functional guidance, resolve requirement-related queries, review test cases, participate in functional/UAT testing, and support defect resolution. Maintain product documentation, release artifacts, UAT matrices, and project schedules. Review deliverables prepared by team members and mentor associates as needed. Support customer meetings, handle assigned support tickets, and assist in client onboarding activities. Identify process improvement opportunities, recommend best practices, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership. Job Nature Full Time Educational Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience in the Life Sciences or related discipline.
