Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance guidance to clinicians. Maintain a small patient caseload based on your treatment preferences. Partner with leadership to improve care quality, patient outcomes, and consistency. Facilitate care coordination and contribute to clinical decision‑making. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development. Address clinical challenges, provide real‑time problem solving, and support field staff. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Play an active role in quality improvement initiatives and audits. What We’re Looking For Current state license as a SLP. Experience in home health, pediatrics, or related clinical settings. Interest in leadership, mentoring, and team development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to balance clinical care with operational responsibilities. Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
