Team Member - Front of House

Front of House Team Member Toastique is a gourmet toast cafe specializing in housemade cold-pressed juices, smoothies, bowls, toast, and espresso drinks. The Front of House Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience. As the face of Toastique, FOH team members create a welcoming environment while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong customer engagement. The responsibilities listed below are some key responsibilities but not limited to those only. All team members are expected to be cross-trained and flex positions based on the volume of the store. Key responsibilities: Guest Experience Greet every guest with a positive, friendly, and energetic attitude. Accurately communicate and answer guest questions regarding menu items/ingredients. Create a welcoming and engaging environment. Ensure every guest feels acknowledged and valued. Accurately take and repeat orders for clarity. Manage multiple orders while staying organized and composed. Cleanliness & Presentation Keep all FOH areas clean, stocked, and visually appealing. Maintain dining areas, restrooms, and service standards. Complete opening and closing procedures done accurately and within allotted time frame. Adhere to all food safety standards. Support & Teamwork Assist with restocking, light prep, and merchandising items. Support team members during busy periods by making toast, smoothies, bowls, espresso, dishes, etc. Communicate clearly with BOH and Leadership regarding the shift. Requirements: Minimum 18 years old Minimum 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Ability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, afternoons, weekends and/or holidays.
