As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of Chick-fil-A, ensuring guests receive exceptional service with a smile. Whether taking orders, delivering meals, or maintaining a clean and organized dining area, you will uphold our core values in everything you do.
Position Type: Full-time and Part-time

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Consistency and reliability
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
