Our company is a growing mechanic shop dedicated to providing excellent services to our customers. We’re proud of our hard-working, customer-focused team and are looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented to join us in the Billing Department.
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Team Member who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist with invoice processing, customer account maintenance, and billing inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies
Maintain and update customer billing records
Respond to billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Proficient with basic computer programs (especially Quickbook and Excel) What We Offer:
Wage: Starting $16.00 hr.
Overtime: $24 hr
