The role offers broad exposure to accounting, treasury, and investment operations, providing a unique chance to develop your expertise and grow your career within a dynamic investment management organization.About the RoleReporting to the VP of Finance, the Staff Accountant will support management company accounting and day-to-day financial operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform quarterly close activities within the company's accounting system.Review and approve corporate card and employee expense reports, ensuring accurate export and recording within the general ledger.Administer corporate purchasing card programs and maintain related accounting records.Process vendor payments through the organization's accounts payable platform.Maintain cash ledgers and monitor account activity across multiple banking relationships.Verify wire instructions and support financing transactions, distributions, and other treasury activities.Initiate outgoing wires, credit facility draws, and intercompany funding transactions through approved banking platforms.Reconcile bank accounts and cash activity on a regular basis.Track and reconcile intercompany payables and receivables.Assist with capital call funding and investor distribution processing.Support cash management and treasury reporting activities.Handle ad hoc requests and special projects for finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.For fastest consideration, reach out to Anisa Henry via email or LinkedIn.
