Townsend Family Dental is looking for a motivated and skilled Front Desk/Call Center Representative to support our dental team in providing exceptional patient care. This full-time position is perfect for someone who is passionate about dentistry, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow in the dental field.

We are looking for a Front Office Assistant to join our team of professionals at Myers Family Dental! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:

Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations

• Greet and check in patients with a welcoming and professional attitude.

• Ensure patient paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

• Handle patient inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email.

• Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere to enhance the patient experience.

Scheduling & Coordination

• Manage patient appointments and scheduling to maximize efficiency.

• Coordinate consultations and follow-ups with the dental team.

• Confirm appointments and communicate scheduling changes when necessary.

Administrative Support & Office Management

• Process insurance verifications and patient billing inquiries.

• Order and manage general office supplies to maintain a well-stocked front desk.

• Assist with maintaining patient records and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Support the team with other administrative duties as needed.

Call Center Representative Qualifications

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Clear, professional speaking and active listening with the ability to remain calm and empathetic in all customer interactions.

• Customer Service & Problem Solving: Strong ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide helpful, solution-focused support.

• Technical & Multitasking Abilities: Proficient with computers and call center systems, with the ability to navigate multiple tools and manage tasks simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Proven work experience as a Front Office Representative in a dental practice (oral surgery experience preferred).
Technical Skills: Strong ability to learn and adapt to dental management software.
Insurance Knowledge: Understanding of dental insurance policies and billing processes.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professionalism: Professional attitude and appearance with strong customer service skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to be resourceful and proactive when challenges arise.
Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Patient-Focused: A dedication to delivering outstanding patient care and service.
