Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

No Experience Required | Mechanical Aptitude Preferred | Willingness to Learn Required

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with tools, equipment, and hands-on projects? We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team on night shift . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background who wants to build a career in industrial maintenance. Training will be provided for the right candidate. The role focuses on facility and equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, basic repairs, troubleshooting, and assisting experienced technicians with larger projects.

What You'll Do

• Perform equipment and facility inspections
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks
• Make basic repairs to equipment and building systems
• Assist experienced maintenance technicians with larger repair projects
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues
• Learn maintenance procedures, systems, and best practices
• Work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Support ongoing facility and equipment improvement projects

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with tools, machinery, automotive systems, farm equipment, construction equipment, home repair, or similar hands-on activities
• Ability to read and follow instructions and maintenance documentation
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Commitment to workplace safety

Experience Requirements

No maintenance experience required.

We are willing to train candidates who have:

• A strong mechanical background
• Hands-on experience working with tools or equipment
• A desire to learn industrial maintenance skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge
• Experience operating forklifts, hoists, cranes, or other industrial equipment
• Manufacturing or industrial experience (helpful but not required)
