Master Mechanic

Cargill seeks a Master Mechanic to keep critical manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. In this role, you’ll perform expert diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems supporting global food production. You’ll troubleshoot complex breakdowns, interpret blueprints and technical manuals, and document work in a CMMS. Collaborating with operations and engineering, you’ll improve reliability, support safety initiatives, and mentor junior technicians in a culture focused on integrity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
