Competitive compensation Established patient demand and steady referral bases Hybrid schedule with both in‑person and telehealth Collaborative team environment with therapists, psychiatrists, and advanced practice providers and Physician Assistance Direct access to psychiatric consultation Administrative support that allows you to focus on patient care Opportunity to grow professionally Modern, welcoming office environment in Danbury, CT Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations Diagnose and treat mental health conditions across the lifespan Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric follow‑up Develop individualized treatment plans Treat patients experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma‑related disorders, mood disorders, if interested in treatingsubstance use disorders Collaborate with therapists and multidisciplinary team members Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Deliver high‑quality care through both in‑person and telehealth visits Qualifications Required Active Connecticut APRN or Physician Assistant license PMHNP certification FNPs and PAs with psychiatric experience DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication, documentation and interpersonal abilities Preferred Experience in outpatient psychiatry Bilingual Spanish‑Portuguese speaking providers strongly encouraged to apply Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults Knowledge of evidence‑based psychiatric treatment approaches Who Thrives Here?
