Job Type: Direct Hire / Full-time

Location: Portland, Oregon

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $100-$150k depending on experience, plus bonus

What You'll Do:

• Build and grow broker relationships across the Oregon market, essentially from the ground up
• Drive new group health and ancillary insurance sales through broker partnerships
• Train brokers on products, quoting tools, and plan updates so they can sell with confidence
• Guide brokers through the full sales cycle, from initial quote through implementation
• Stay engaged with brokers through renewal periods to identify client needs and retention opportunities

What Gets You the Job:

• 5+ years of experience selling health insurance, ideally group and ancillary products
• Existing relationships and credibility with brokers in the Oregon market
• An active Oregon life/health insurance license, or the ability to obtain one
• A track record of hitting sales goals in a relationship-driven, consultative sales environment
• Comfort working independently and building a territory without an inherited book of business
