Job Summary Performs a variety of basic maintenance functions. This is a traveling position. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Responsibilities: - Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned. - Assists in making decisions on all minor and routine repairs. - Maintains equipment; performs minor equipment repairs using power and hand tools. - Performs a variety of other unskilled or semi-skilled tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, lamp changing and drywall maintenance. - Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes maintenance work orders, tests and inspections. - Reads, comprehends and transmits complicated detailed instructions verbally and in writing. Qualifications: - 3 to 5years of general building maintenance experience - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system - Experience with minor drywall and flooring - Building Automation Systems (BAS) - Generator monitoring – remote notification system - Text alerts and responding to generators running - Driver’s license and clean driving record Salary: $24.00 to $32.00 per hour Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO and Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $24 - $32 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
