Our client is looking for a Business Analyst project in Louisville, Kentucky below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Louisville, Kentucky

Job description:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Strong experience working within Military Healthcare, TRICARE, Veterans Affairs, or Federal Healthcare programs.
Deep understanding of military payer operations, healthcare benefits administration, member enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, and care management.
Good Experience translating complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and leadership teams.
Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must have Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and business analysis best practices.
Good Experience supporting TRICARE Managed Care Support Contracts (MCSC), Defense Health Agency (DHA), or Veterans Health Administration (VHA) programs.
You should Knowledge of healthcare claims adjudication, utilization management, population health, care coordination, and provider network operations.
Must be Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR and HL7.
Good Experience with healthcare transformation, digital modernization, data governance, or enterprise platform implementation programs.
