2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3rd Shift: Monday night – Friday night | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

** $16 /hour + Shift Differential (0.25 for 2nd

and 0.50 for 3rd

)**

**Responsibilities:

**

• Review production orders to determine proper machine setup and required materials for each job
• Verify, request, and stage correct raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production flow
• Operate a range of production equipment including liquid filling machines, automatic cappers, labeling systems, and heat sealers
• Continuously monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency and output
• Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve minor equipment malfunctions
• Maintain production targets by sustaining line speed and minimizing equipment downtime

**Qualifications:

**

• 1 –3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety guidelines, work instructions, and technical procedures

• Basic math proficiency, including unit conversions (grams, pounds, etc.)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to complete production reports and maintain accurate records and documentation

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow instructions in multiple formats

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

• Commitment to safety standards, product quality, and confidentiality requirements

• Strong work ethic and adherence to company policies and procedures
